Bill Stinnett, Ph.D. (L.E.T. Master Trainer) discusses his experience as a consultant for a non-profit organization called Save the Family Foundation. Along with the generous donation of materials from Gordon Training International, Bill offered the leadership training workshop L.E.T. to the staff , giving them the skills to help resolve the conflict within the organization. As a result of the leadership training and reducing the turnover rate, they were also able to increase the number of families that they served by 15%.
