We talk a lot about I-Messages on this blog and Bill Stinnett, Ph.D. (L.E.T. Master Trainer) gives us a recent real-life example of how I-Messages helped one team at an organization. In a recent leadership training (L.E.T.) workshop Stinnett taught at this business, he covered I-Messages and how to effectively confront another. It turns out that these skills were quickly put into use when this team needed to confront management about an important issue that occurred during the training.
