• New P.E.T. Representatives for Singapore and Taiwan
• New Be Your Best Representatives in Bulgaria and Vietnam
• New L.E.T. Licensees for the UK and Vietnam
• New Conflict Resolution Workshop Licensee for The Netherlands
• P.E.T. Book will be published in Arabic, Farsi, Indonesian, Thai and Ukrainian. Audio versions of the P.E.T. and Be Your Best books were released in German
• The Be Your Best book will be published in Bulgarian, Polish and Vietnamese
• Instructor/Facilitator Certification Workshops conducted for various Gordon programs in China, Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Greece and the USA
• Estonia held their 20th anniversary celebration of P.E.T. During those years, they trained almost 8,000 parents
